The Department of Counseling and School Psychology, primarily a graduate level professional preparation community, promotes critical inquiry, reflection, self development and social action in its faculty and students. We are committed to work towards equity and economic and social justice within the university, our professions, and throughout the broader  society.  We offer a variety of undergraduate courses related to Counseling and Social Change.

We prepare Marriage and Family Therapists, Community Counselors, School Counselors, and School Psychologists, as well as offering various grant opportunitiets and certificate programs.
