Mendy McClure has taught various courses for the Department of Special Education since receiving her master's degree in 1993. She works as a resource specialist at a middle school in El Cajon and currently teaches one of the pre-requisite courses, SPED 524, "Characteristics of Students with Mild to Moderate Disabilities." She also teaches an upper division GE course, General Studies 420 "Disability and Society." In her spare time she enjoys working with beginning teachers as a master teacher and a BTSA provider.
