What advice do you have for new teachers coming into this profession?

New teachers must love children, not just the job!

Get to know the community and what kind of kids go to the school.

It's a good profession, but be more creative, give children something different, new material.

If you could design the perfect school, what would it be like?

There is no perfect school. I would make sure that the teachers had the training and skill to work with all colors of children.

Allow religion in the classroom, pledge of allegiance, prayer. Educate all regardless of disabilities. Full inclusion.

Classrooms that are equipped with curriculum, text books, and technology.

Schools with the latest technology and curriculum.
