Reusability 2.0:
Real World Strategies for Design and Reuse of Learning Content

Stuart Grossman

Learn how to reduce the cost of learning development by designing content that can be reused across multiple audiences, formats and contexts. Stuart Grossman (class of '93) illustrates the practices employed when conceptualizing and developing training content for Reusability 2.0--specifically, how to: 1) design content for a blended learning strategy where content is optimized for each training output and 2) reuse and adapt content for a different audience or purpose. I'll illustrate ways you can leverage content across geographies, brands, customers and job roles, providing the flexibility to customize and tailor learning content for dynamic requirements.
