Trauma Studies Certificate Program (2002-2004). Facilitated the development of the project, its path through the curriculum process, and implementation initially through Extended Studies.
Community Counseling Clinic, City Heights (2001-2005). Facilitated the move of CSP’s clinical facilities from campus- to community-based facility in conjunction with dean’s office and department faculty. Active collaboration with the director and with the development officer in securing funding for ongoing projects.
Design and facilitation of School Psychology Program Retreats (1999-2000).
Mediated Thinking and Learning Curriculum and Video. (1998-2000). Working with district teachers and bilingual mentor teachers, developed initial science curriculum infusing mediated learning into district curriculum on space; developed and produced introductory videotape.
University-School Partnerships in School Psychology (1995 -1998). Following pilot partnerships in 1995, and single class-based partnerships for two years, led efforts (including co-authorship of partnership manual) for programmatic partnerships in six school sites beginning AY 1997-98.
Supervisor/Advisory Board Think Tank (1997, April). Developed, organized and led this full day retreat with 30 participants from across three counties and eighteen school districts.
Department Mission and Vision-building Retreat. (1995, Spring). Designed and led a two-day retreat in which the faculty developed and articulated a five-year plan for curricular, faculty, and program development. Department of Counseling and School Psychology.
School Partnership Development (1995, Winter-Spring). Led initial collaboration efforts with the director of Pupil Personnel Services for Chula Vista Elementary School District to develop expansive partnership across departmental programs.

Trauma Studies Certificate Program. (2003 – 2005). Facilitated curriculum development, interface with college of Extended Studies and Department approval to launch this certificate program in AY 2005. Collaborations with Drs. Grant-Henry and Hernandez.
Summer Institute in Native American Education/Counseling. (Summer 1999). With David Brandstein & Louvina Maho, arranged Study Tour of five Southwest Indian tribes and communities, including cultural events, school visits, talks with elders and tribal members.
Summer Institute Series in Mediated Learning (1994, August). Two-week professional development programs featuring Dr. Katherine Greenberg, Cognitive Networking for Education and Technology (COGNET) and Dr. Mogens Jensen, Director of the National Center for Mediated Learning.
Colloquia Series on Native American Indian Issues in Education (1990 - 1993). Coordinated nine presentations of nationally known Native American leaders for the university and Indian communities.
The Sattler-Reschly Debate: Is Intelligence Testing our History or our Future? (1992, March). Organized, introduced and moderated this widely attended, nationally publicized debate. Developed in collaboration with San Diego State University, San Diego Unified School District, and the California State Department of Education, San Diego, CA., and was the basis for an APA monograph and videotape of the debate.
