When you go to TAPPED IN the first time, you need to sign up. Click on the sign up for membership link in the top right corner.

Fill in the form, bold fields are required. Take
your time. Like all forms with required fields, if you skip one or make
a mistake, you'll get an error message when you try to submit. You'll
be there forever resubmitting.
(You aren't required to make your e-mail available to other members as

Click submit application at the bottom when you're finished.
