Hypothesis Formulation	You did not generate four hypotheses.	You have four hypotheses which are interesting but not especially testable given our survey data.	You have four hypotheses which are testable using our survey data but are not very interesting.	You have at least four hypotheses which are both testable given our survey data and interesting.
Consistency Analysis (value of this criteria is 2x the others)	Your analysis is incomplete or fails to use the appropriate questions for each hypothesis.	Some of your hypotheses are analyzed appropriately but most are not.	Most of your hypotheses are analyzed appropriately but some are not.	You have selected all relevant questions for each hypothesis and analyzed accordingly
Report Writeup	You don't have enough written to be meaningful.	You've spent a lot of time coming up with a bunch of baloney.	Your writeup flows from the analysis but could go into more detail.	Your writeup is thorough and matches your analysis.
Report to Peers	You chicken out.	You put everyone to sleep.	You share your stuff but it is not very engaging.	You share your important findings in an interesting way.
