It just happened again!!!

You ask your students to do some online research on the causes of the Civil War and they get over 2 million results on their Google.com search. They cheer because they think they've hit the mother lode, but they end up looking at only the first ten sites listed AND two of those sites are only selling confederate flags.

If you and your students are ever going to make good use of the World Wide Web you know you're going to need answers to two questions:

1. How do you find what you need on the Internet?
2. How do you know what you've found is reliable and accurate?
