I was just checking my referrer logs to see who has been linking to Cardboard Cognition and found that Games for Memory Work, Drill, and Review is responsible for sending the highest number of surfers there. It has a very good list of other links that will be useful to those making board games.

IGDA has a page up describing a session at the recent Qualcomm BREW Developers' Conference titled Wireless Games: A Brave New World. Looks like it would have been interesting to be there. They discussed how online games played via cell phones are wildly popular in Japan and that we can expect the same to happen here. Not all genres translate equally well.

CNN.com - 'Games We Played' on display - June 6, 2002 Looks like a fascinating exhibit. It will be moving on to 4 more cities next year, so perhaps we'll get a chance to see it.
