Troubleshooting Adobe Connect


If you are having trouble logging into the Breeze webcast, there are a few things you can do to ensure access.

 

Minimum System Requirements (optimal) :

- Cable or DSL connection
- Windows 2000 or Windows XP, (English versions)
- Internet Explorer 6
- 2 Ghz Pendtium 4 processor or equivalent
- 256 MB of RAM (512 MB or more recommended)
- 100 MB available disk space
- Minimum resolution 800 x 600 (1024 x 768 or higher recommended)

You WILL NOT be able to connect to Adobe Connect if you are behind a firewall. You may also need to disable pop-up blocker software.

Flash Player:

The latest version of Flash player should be installed on your computer. Download the latest version of Flash Player. Once installed, you can check your Flash Player on Macromedia's Player Test Page.

Testing your Adobe Connect Connection:

Test your computer to make sure that you are set up with all of the tools you will need to participate in the meeting. The Adobe Connect Live Test page wil test your bandwidth capacity and the ability to connect to Adobe Connect.
