q Who on your team will be the lead contact or communicator

q Why you/your team selected to work on this project

q Grade level that each team member plans on teaching

q Subject areas you/your teammates plan on teaching

q Any special groups you are interested in teaching (I.e.,

special education, ESL, multiple subjects)

q How much computer experience you have

q What you hope to get out of the mentoring process
