Armaiti Island’s Forum for Energy & Environmental Health has developed a long-range plan to farm renewable sources of energy in abundance on the island to provide 100% of its energy needs.
In fact, Armaiti Island will produce enough energy to sell a significant amount of power to San Diego County, thus making energy one of the island’s most significant exports.
Wave power will be used to operate desalinization plants which supply Armaiti Island with all of its potable water.
