Zero-Emission Electric Monorail

Armaiti Island’s Forum for Transportation is committed to the use of 100% zero emission vehicles. The only exceptions to this policy are hybrid 1) emergency vehicles, 2) construction vehicles, and 3) a fleet of 25 large trucks that move goods from fields or shore to commerce monorails.  There is no off-shore oil drilling and all fossil fuels the hybrid vehicles require are imported from San Diego or Los Angeles in California or Tijuana, Mexico.  Air transportation is available to and from San Diego’s major airport.  The solar-powered airplanes can accommodate approximately 30 passengers. All of Armaiti Islands exports (with the major exception of its energy export) are transported by water using vessels powered by solar and wind with emergency back-up generators.
