The Performance Improvement Emporium (PIE) is a collection of short articles on a variety of performance improvement interventions. These articles are contributed by graduate students, professors, and others to provide a brief overview that is both interesting and useful. PIE articles are based on published literature and field practice, and include interviews with real people who are using the intervention in real places with real effects. The primary audience for the PIE includes people who are intrigued with performance technology, improvement and results. Often, they work in fields such as training, human resource development, and OD.
