- Session 2: Web Page Creation and Search Techniques
- In this session, it was intended that you create web pages about yourself and about your field. However, since we were hit with one of those rare outages of internet access, we didn't get as far as expected.
We began with an analysis of Web Portrayal, looking at all the various ways in which faculty present themselves on the web. Now that the campuswide excommunication is over, you might want to explore those sites to get some ideas for your own home page.
Using Netscape Navigator Gold, you'll be able to take someone else's web page and replace their content with yours. In no time, you'll have a page online that communicates something about yourself.
