PhilipJohnson

Phillip Johnson (1906- ) became the first director of New York City's Museum of Modern Art Department of Architecture and Design in 1932 and held this position for 22 years. Johnson infused his Post-Modern style into the design of the New York State Theatre at Linclon Center and the AT&T Building in downtown New York City.
