Performance Technology can make your
organization more successful by encouraging integrated solutions to
improve individual and organizational performance.
Before you start, let us tell you about this WWW site. Who are we?
This site is the effort of two graduate students,
Carl Fielden and Kitty
Gabriel, and one professor,
Dr. Allison Rossett. Carl, Kitty, and
Allison created this WWW site because so many people wonder about
performance technology and because we wanted to practice our
"WWWing" skills.
This site is an effort by people associated with San Diego State
University's Department of Educational Technology. We encourage you
to visit our WWW site and the San
Diego ISPI chapter's site. A related
must visit site is
Aztechnology Turns, an interactive soap
opera. Its purpose is to capture the changes, challenges and
opportunities confronting educational technologists and
trainers.
The Performance Technology site you are browsing is not an
authorized web site. It does not reflect the opinions of anyone or
any organization except us. We recognize a debt to Harless, Gilbert,
Mager, Rummler, Stolovitch and Keeps, and many others. Most
especially, we encourage those who are interested in performance
technology to contact the
International Society for Performance
Improvement.
