Proposed Educational Facility Research Special Interest Group (SIG) of the American Educational Research Association (AERA)

The National Center for the Twenty-first Century Schoolhouse at San Diego State University proposes to sponser a  special interest group (SIG) of the American Educational Research Association (AERA) to promote substantive inquiry into the nature and effects of school facilities on student outcomes including achievement, behavior, and attitudes, on teacher attitudes and behaviors, as well as on a sense of community among stakeholders.
