Background
I was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I moved to San Diego, California when I was six years old. I have been here ever since. My first job was at Marshall's Department Store. I was a floor clerk in the giftware department and a cashier. Next, I worked at a answering service taking messages for various types of businesses. After graduating from high school in 1989, I got a job working in advertising for the San Diego Union-Tribune. I took ads over the phone and inputted them in a computer. As of May 27, 1995, I graduated from SDSU and was accepted to the Credential program for Fall 1995 in the O'Farrell block.
