This is a residential area that combine two types of housing tracts. The newer models where most likely built in the 1980's with the other tract models being late 60's or early 70's. The roads are well maintained and the area is free of graffiti. Half of the homes have barred window and all the homes have small yards. The new tract consistently had green grass and more updated landscape. The neighborhood is close to several schools. All the cars in the neighborhood were late models. The population appeared to be Asian and Hispanic.
