While reading Raisin in the SunI, students will be involved in activities using the newpaper and the internet. Students will be responsible for finding a date for Beneatha. They will also plan the family's budget. Lastly, they will find adequate living faclities for the entire family. Students will do this by using the classified ads.

by doing an oral presentation, students will present charts, pictures, a financial plan and salary history for the members of the Younger family. Students will also use personal ads to create their own personal ad for Beneatha. Another task, students will be responible for finding a job for Beneatha, Ruth and Walter Lee.

Lastly, students will reseach colleges for Beneatha's plan to become a doctor. Students will be responsible for finding out the following questions:

Will she need housing? Will she stay at home with her family? Or will she get married.

Will she need financial assistance? What assistance is available?
