Topic:

This project will entail the collection of weekly weather data and analysis over a 4 month time period. Students will use technology to record data in a spreadsheet and graphically represent the information. We will look at radar and satellite weather maps for the United States and various regions of the world.

Learner Task:

The culiminating task in this project will be to prepare a display board comparing the temperature patterns of a U.S. city with an international city. Students will attempt to explain the patterns using the location of the cities (geography) and global weather events.
