Japan

Japan has managed to keep its head involved in all nuclear issues, mostly because it has been the only nation to suffer the wrath of an atomic bomb. Regionaly proximity has also added to validity of Japan joining this summit. It will be important for Japan to let the other countries and organizations know the impact Hiroshima and Nagasaki has had on its national identity in the last 50 years.

Questions

Listed below are a series of questions that are to start you off in the right direction. It will be up to you to formulate an argument that defends your actions/position. 3. How does Japan view national defense?
  4. What steps is Japan willing to take to ensure the testing does not contine?
